This meatloaf recipe was a last minute invention. It tasted heavenly too!
First, I went through my fridge and scrounged about for any ingredients worthy of meatloaf. I had 1/2 of an onion, some leftover Italian breadcrumbs from when I made fried chicken, and about a pound of beef. I thawed the meat and mixed Parsley, Oregano, Rosemary, 1 egg, a tiny bit of sugar into the meat with my hands with the found ingredients.
